Just because they taste sooo good, the beef cheeks slow cooked with morcilla and manzanilla olives will remain on the specials.
On the drinks side of things, we have now acumulated three levels of Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry for your enjoyment after dinner (a spansih favourite):
- Nectar 3 yr old by Gonalez Byass
- Cardenal Cisneros 6yr old by Romate
- Noe 30 yr old by Gonzalez Byass (the cream of the crop)
These sherries are best enjoyed as a dessert with or without a treat. With coffee, crema catalana or even a cheese plate they help you finish off your meal in sweet style. Just ask your waiter as they are not on the menu yet ;)
